Here are the plans on how to make a portable NES using a NES-on-a-chip found in a tristar/super 8. I have gone over these plans to make sure I didn't make any errors and everything is correct. I have also gotten help from Kevin Horton (http://tripoint.org/kevtris/) with a few address lines i didnt know.
Now Kevin was the guy who put an nes-on-a-chip into a sega nomad so he could play his fav games away from the tv set. I only made this so he doesn't get bugged by people asking him to build 1 or tell someone how to make it.
So if you make 1 of these and have trouble email me first (ninjaNOSPAM@flashNOSPAMmail.com, remove "NOSPAM") and if i can't help you then you can try emailing kevin :)
Now the plans are very simple all you have to do wire the chip exactly as i have show on the link below.

I have also included plans for a reset switch. This really isn't needed, but you need it to save games such as zelda, which require you to reset your machine.
If you have any trouble or any problems email me @ ninjaNOSPAM@flashNOSPAMmail.com (remove "NOSPAM"}

I would like to thank Kevin horton for the great documents about the nes and the nes on chip which i used to map the connections for each pin and also for helping me with a few connections i didnt know and a few tips :) thanks Kevin. Also i would like to point out that Kevin is creator of making the nes chip run by itself i just made the plans for you guys.
